we want to establish full lines 5 inch press
extrusion and 6 meter polishing system and full anodizing
production for profiles and accessories.
Moreover we need technicians and experts and all services
to stand up full line in our factory.
aluminum handrail pipes diameters are in 80mm, 70mm , 60 mm , 50 mm , 40mm , 16 mm .
Our capacity of selling is about 50 ton and it will
increase to 150 ton to 250 ton per month for the future
We can use mostly ready 6063 & 6064 billet from Dubai
and turkey like other companies in Iran.
We need to have polishing machine for 6 meter profiles
and anodizing in bright silver bronze and golden
Mostly we use 6063 and 6064 alloys .and our capacity of
selling is about 60 ton and in future up to 200 ton per month.
we have enough natural gas pipeline in factory.AC is 250kw/h
3phase and we can make it higher also we have 70 000 liters water per
day.
Our Factory is 5000 Square/meter and we can grow it to
8000
